Companies active in the areas of sales, service provision, catering, hospitality, etc. with employees who are in direct and constant contact with clients, over the phone or face-to-face.
By improving their voice, vocabulary and public speaking, participants make the most of the methodology taught in the previous two workshops, but are also coached on techniques to cultivate empathy, create an excellent first impression, and manage difficult situations and behaviour. The workshop aims to foster excellent communication with clients, achieve cohesion in the employees’ conduct, in line with the company’s principles, and enhance the corporate culture.
